Tiffay has worked 3 years as a targeted case manager in Kansas. Prior to joining TCMSKS she worked a decade with students with special needs as both an educator and case manager in both public and private school settings.
I left teaching because I often felt conflicted between recommending what the school district would offer and what I truly believed would be best for my students and their families. Being a targeted case manager, I can provide families with multiple resources and support them in pursuing the best option for their unique needs. This organizations commitment to accurate, up to date information and collaboration is why I want to be a part of TCMKS.
When not working, I like to spend time outside, hiking, on walks with my family. I love to cook. I prefer to spend my free time at the gym or doing yoga.

Lindsay has 3 years of experience working as a Targeted Case Manager in Kansas. Prior to being a TCM she taught 6th grade and worked at March of Dimes where she assisted families affected by preterm birth and birth defects with fundraising efforts to support the local March of Dimes chaper. She also created a parent support group at Overland Park Regional Hospital.
Lindsay has a strength in connecting with parents though her own parenting journey spanning over two decades. I am fortunate to be the mother to 4 amazing children. My biological children were born very prematurely and one of them had serious medical complications. I navigated meeting his needs with an amazing circle of support including his social worker, OT feeding therapist, physician, home health nurse, and cardiothoracic surgeon. I learned the value of a collaborative team during that time. Additionally, two of my children joined our family through foster adoption.
I am excited about the combined expertise that each individual TCM brings to the team at Targeted Case Management of Kansas. This teams values collaboration and in doing so, this greatly benefits the individuals we serve. We combine all of our individual backgrounds and extensive knowledge bases to provide the most efficient and valuable case management possible.
When I’m not working, I love to spend time with my amazing husband, Charles, my children, and friends. I love drinking coffee, listening to all kinds of music, singing in my car, and attending as many concerts as my budget will allow!

Jenni has over 30 years of experience in education. In fact, she boasts 32 years of teaching 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades, as well as in special education: resource, self-contained, co-teaching; homebound teacher; and post-high school transition as a 18-21 teacher.
After retiring from teaching, Jenni wanted to continue making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families.
“As a parent of a 30-year-old son with Down syndrome, I know how difficult and overwhelming it can be to navigate through the systems and processes to find available supports and programs,” she shares. “Working as a targeted case manager allows me to link individuals with needed services that will help them to achieve their life goals and optimize their level of independence.”
When Jenni is not at work, she can be found attending Special Olympic events and watching her son participate in bowling, swimming, and track and field events. She also enjoys watching her daughter, who is in high school, dance at sporting events and dance competitions.
When she’s not cheering for her children, Jenni can be found reading novels and walking at different parks in her community.
